By BBN Staff: Shortly after 9 a.m. yesterday, police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

There, they observed two men suffering from stab wounds to their bodies.

The men were later identified as Marcus Frazier, 24, and Kyle Saunders, 22.

Investigations revealed that both men were at a shop on Fabers Road Extension in Belize City when an argument ensued with another man who arrived at the shop.

That argument escalated into a physical altercation during which the unidentified man pulled out a knife and according to police, acted in self-defense.

Saunders was hospitalized in a stable condition while Frazier passed away.

Police are seeking the man who inflicted the injuries to the duo.

However, when asked if he would be charged police indicated that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution will make that determination.
