Santander Sugar Group adopts ‘Wiri’ The Manatee

By BBN Staff: The Santander Sugar Group today announced its newest addition to the Santander family.

Proudly displaying their adoption certificate, Santander welcomed ‘Wiri’ the manatee to their family.

‘Wiri’ is a wild and endangered Antillean manatee. The adoption was made possible through a contribution to Sea to Shore alliance for the protection of the endangered Antillean manatees and their habitats.

The certificate is signed by the Manatee man, Jamal Galves.
