Retired nurse victim of aggravated burglary

By BBN Staff:A retired nurse in Orange Walk Town is the victim of aggravated burglary.

She is Margarita Mai.

She told police that sometime around 10 p.m. on Sunday night she was at home when an armed assailant forced himself inside.

Armed with a pistol he then stole an assortment of electronic items, jewelry, and cash.

He then escaped.

Police are investigating.
