By BBN Staff: Pre, primary and high school students countrywide began their annual 2-week Easter break yesterday.
The intense April heat has students seeking pools and rivers to cool down and enjoy their Easter break. The mechanical rides have also touched down in San Ignacio Town for the annual Easter Fair Celebration.
However, not all is fun for those students who were issued assignments and projects to complete during the school break as some students have to use the time off to complete the school assignments and prepare for upcoming classes in the summer.
Today, we asked the Principal of Saint Andrew’s Anglican School, Sharee Guitterez to share some ideas and insights on how students can make the most use of their Easter break.
“Encourage your children to read daily, complete their pending school projects and assignments, and review difficult math theories during the Easter break,” Guitterez said.
So there you have it, parents, you and your child can engage in interactive activities to improve your child’s reading, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
