Thieves take money, fried chicken and coke

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating an armed robbery that occurred last night in Cayo.

Around 8:45 p.m., police were called out to Lighthouse Restaurant on Border road where the proprietor reported that two thieves had held up the shop.

The proprietor said that the two men entered the store with a gun and demanded money.

The thieves then escaped with an undisclosed amount of money, four fried chickens and a coke.

Police are investigating.
