Posted: Saturday, April 20, 2019. 11:04 am CST.

By BBN Staff: The San Ignacio and Santa Elena Easter fair comes alive today.

Belizeans across the country woke up early to view the highly anticipated Holy Saturday Cross Country Cycling Classic.

After the peloton of cyclists arrive in San Ignacio and turn back to Belize City, many will head to the fair to enjoy the mechanical rides, live band, food and drinks.

Tickets are available at the gates and were also pre-sold to avoid the long lines tonight.

The general admission for adults and children over 12 years is $5, while children ages 5-11 years pay $3.

The fair operates tonight and tomorrow night at the Macal River Park in San Ignacio.
