Police still unsure why Corozal businessman attacked

By BBN Staff: Police say that they are still investigating the attack on businessman, Byron Chu.

Last Thursday he was at the Maya World Guest House when several men entered and assaulted him.

Yesterday, police indicated that his condition has improved and he is now in a stable condition.

According to police, they are still unsure why he was attacked in such a gruesome fashion.

Also, police are unsure who conducted the attack as surveillance footage in the area has not been helpful.
