Kolbe inmate attempting to escape dies after being shot

By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News has confirmed that Kolbe inmate, Kevin Moore is dead after he was shot this morning when he attempted to escape from the Belize Central Prison.

Moore was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for medical treatment where he died.

Moore was remanded for aggravated assault on April 2, 2019.

BBN will have more details on this incident when an official report is issued by authorities.
