Four women elected for leadership positions in community groups

By BBN Staff: Four Belizean women residing in San Ignacio and Santa Elena towns have been elected leaders of different community organizations.

These four community activists include: newly elected:Nancy Marin – President of the People’s Coalition Committee (PCC), Zoila Gonzalez – President of the Bradley’s Bank Neighborhood Watch, Margarita Schultz – President of the Bishop Martin Neighborhood Watch committee and Desol Neal – President of Zone 10 Neighborhood Watch.

Notably, all community groups in the San Ignacio and Santa Elena are networking and working in partnership with the police in the prevention of crime and positive involvement of youths in the community.

For their outstanding bravery and commitment to a better and safer community, BBN congratulates these women.
