NICH launches National Festival of Arts 2019

By BBN Staff: The National Institute of Culture and History (NICH) through its Institute of Creative Arts (ICA) will launch the annual National Festival of Arts at the Bliss Center for Performing Arts with an opening ceremony and program commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24.

 This year’s theme is “Creative Young Minds Today, Innovative Leaders Tomorrow”.

 The National Festival of Arts is the culmination of festivals held in each district from February to May.

The National Festival of Arts 2019 will run from May 24-31 with a calendar of events that includes daily showcases of gold-winning performances from preschool and primary school students, a secondary schools’ competition, a teachers’ competition and a concert: “Chords and Voices”; all taking place at the Bliss Center for the Performing Arts.
