Corozal police confiscate gun and ammo

By BBN Staff: A police search this morning removed some deadly items from the reach of criminals.

Those items include 50 bronze live rounds of S&B ammunition and 16 gauge sawed-off shotgun.

The ammunition was found during a search on Hawk Street area in Corozal Town today.

The shotgun was seen on College Road.

Two men in the area at the time of the search quickly ran away.

As such in both instances, the items were labeled as found property.
