PM Barrow extends condolences to Jamaica on passing of former Prime Minister

By BBN Staff: Prime Minister Dean Barrow today sent a letter expressing condolences to Jamaica on the passing of former Prime Minister Edward Seaga.

PM Barrow offered condolences on behalf of the Government and people of Belize.

“The Government and people of Belize recognize the immeasurable contributions and lasting legacy of such a towering and important figure in Jamaican and Caribbean political history and development,” PM Barrow said in its statement.

PM Edward Seaga died on May 28, 2019, on his birthday.
