Child knocked down on La Loma Luz Boulevard in Santa Elena Town

By BBN Staff: Minutes ago, a child was knocked down on La Loma Luz Boulevard in Santa Elena, Cayo.

According to reports, the child was attempting to cross the road but an incoming pick up truck hit him.

The child has been rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.

Residents in the vicinity told BBN that they are concerned about the welfare of students who cross the street daily and are seeking the assistance of relevant authorities to install more speed bumps in the area.
