U-23 Female Volleyball National Team goes to Nicaragua for Central American Championship

By BBN Staff: The U-23 Female Volleyball National Team will depart Belize for the IV Central American U-23 Female Volleyball Championship in Managua, Nicaragua this Friday, June 21.

The team is scheduled to return on Sunday, June 30.

 Matches are scheduled for June 23-29 and all seven Central American countries are scheduled to participate.

The U23 delegation is comprised of twelve players, three coaches and one referee.

The players are: Kiara Smith, Gareth Bruce, Sherika Burton, Karen Quan, Ayah Safa, Jahshema Saunders, Melanie Palacio, Allyana Musa, Mya Musa, Zazie McKenzie, Fatima Ramirez, and Kevanna Sebastian.

The coaches are Profe. Jose Fontes, Lupita Quan, and Larry Bennett. The Referee is Leon Gentle.

The full schedule of matches and updates will be posted on the Facebook page “Belize Volleyball”.

The Belize Volleyball Association extends best wishes to the  U-23 Team in this competition.
