Met Office: Flood alert for low lying areas

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service is reporting that a flood alert remains in effect for low lying areas near streams and rivers in Southern Belize.

Moist and unstable conditions continue to dominate our weather.

Cloudy skies with some showers and a few thunderstorms are forecasted for today.

Showers and thunderstorms will gradually decrease on Monday afternoon and Tuesday.
