More questions than answers in Jermaine Flores murder

By BBN Staff: Police did not have much information to give by way of an update into the ongoing investigation of the murder of Jermaine Balthazar Flores, who was murdered last week.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Joseph Myvett explained that police have found several items following the search of a house in Belmopan, but could not say if the items were connected to the crime.

He noted that police believe he was murdered somewhere else and then his body was dumped on the Jaguar Paw road because the investigations at the scene did not lead investigators to believe that the murder happened there.

Flores’s body was found last Thursday, and it is expected he was killed the night before. He was bound hand and foot with multiple gunshots to the face.
