Several detained in latest Dangriga murder

By BBN Staff: Dangriga police have several persons detained and are seeking another who may be able to help solve the murder of Felix Nazario, 45.

Just before midday on Friday, Nazario was gunned down at the Southern Regional Hospital.

Police say he was called to the area to assist a friend whose vehicle had mechanical issues.

While he was about to leave the area, two men on a motorcycle pulled up and one of them approached Nazario then opened fire, killing him almost instantly.

Police have not yet established a motive but believe his death may be related to a drug transaction or a prior altercation with another group and his stepsons.
