Armed robber takes over $3,000 cash from grocery store

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on July 15, 2019.

A businesswoman of Santa Rosa Mini Mart in Santa Rosa, Stann Creek District told police that around 8:26 pm she was inside her shop when a lone gunman entered.

The robber stole over $3,000 in cash and a phone valued at $350.

The culprit also hit a customer with a pistol over his right eye causing an injury.

Investigations are ongoing.
