Decomposed body of elderly man found

By BBN Staff: Authorities have confirmed that around 2:00 p.m. today, the body of an elderly man was found in Roaring Creek, Cayo.

According to the police report, the body had apparent chop wounds.

The victim was identified as Manuel Barrera Vasquez, 78, a Guatemalan of Young bank.

Police are investigating.
