Police ask for help in identifying the scratch ticket thief

By BBN Staff: A man was caught on camera yesterday stealing a large amount of scratch tickets from a shop and police are asking the public for assistance in identifying him.

The surveillance footage, now widely shared on social media, shows a man of Creole descent reaching through the bars of a shop and grabbing a number of tickets from off the counter then running off. The camera did get a look at his face in the 10-second clip and persons with information of his identity are encouraged to notify the police.
