US Embassy Belize sends ‘Get well’ wishes to PUP Leader

By BBN Staff: The United States (U.S.) Embassy in Belmopan has issued a statement saying their  thoughts are with PUP Party Leader John Briceño, his driver, and their families.

“We wish them a full and speedy recovery,” the statement expressed.

This morning, Leader of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition, People’s United Party (PUP) John Briceno was involved in a road traffic accident near Rhaburn Ridge on the Philip Goldson Highway.

Briceno and his driver were injured in the traffic accident.

They are being treated at the Northern Medical Plaza and are listed in a stable condition.
