New office team for Belize Hotel Association

By BBN Staff: This week, the Belize Hotel Association (BHA) announced its new office team, made up of familiar faces taking on new roles.

Ilechia Flowers succeeds Tessie Tonaco as Marketing Director, after Tonaco resigned to pursue other opportunities. Flowers, the former Membership and Marketing Executive, will now be responsible for enhancing the association’s image and pisition within the market through implementation of the BHA’s marketing, digital communications and public relations program.

Penny Bonilla, a 15-year industry professional, has been promoted to fill the post of Membership and Marketing Executive. Bonilla will now be responsible for leading the Association’s membership relationship efforts.

Another seasoned industry professional, Mercedez Romero, steps up to fill the post of Office Administrator. Romero brings16 years experience in the field.
