Home invasion reported in Santa Elena

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating a home invasion that occurred last night in Santa Elena.

Martha Castillo,44, of George Price Avenue reported that about 8 p.m., she was at home with her common-law husband when 5 armed men entered her house.

The men robbed them of a safety deposit box containing an undisclosed amount of money, jewelry, and two cell phones.

An investigation is ongoing.
