Police investigate murder in Belize City

By BBN Staff:A man was shot and killed in broad daylight in Belize City yesterday afternoon.

Around 1:45 pm, Stephan Tyrone McClaren and Karon Gladden were standing at the corner of New Road and Cleghorn Street when a man approached them and fired a single shot at them.

McClaren was taken to the KHMH where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Gladden sustained a gunshot wound to his left hand.

The investigation is ongoing.
