Shelly Usher will be one of the guest panelists for the Innovate Belize Summit.

Usher is a force for upliftment and change and her focus and passion are to bring about positive change in the hearts and minds of young people to value themselves, live their potential, and improve their family trajectory.

Shelly does this through her work as Chairperson of Maria’s House of Hope, a board member of Belmopan Baptist High School, and as a board member of the Legacy Youth Movement.

Shelly is the Managing Director of Builders Hardware Ltd. a family-owned business and a member of the ‘Do It Best’ franchise.

Shelly has over 20 years of banking experience in Local & Offshore International banking and is a certified Banker & Personal Financial Planner by the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Keen to contribute to community development, Shelly is a member of the Justice of the Peace Association, and the Belmopan Businesses Association.

Shelly is married to Gerald Usher and has four teenage children.
