Robbers target tortilla shop for cash

By BBN Staff: Armed robbers targeted a tortilla shop in Belmopan this morning.

When the men stormed into Rony’s Tortilla Factory at 4:00 a.m. they didn’t ask for tortillas but instead for cash.

With a gun pointed to the face the cashier coughed up $5,000 in cash.

The armed men then escaped without injuring anyone.
