Police investigating fatal bar chopping

By BBN Staff: Shortly after midnight on Saturday, there was a fatal chopping at a bar in Hope Creek, Stann Creek.

The victim has since been identified as Kelvin Hernandez, 40.

Police say that he was involved in an altercation with another man.

That other man left the bar and returned on a motorcycle with another person.

He allegedly got off the motorcycle and chopped Hernandez multiple times, causing him to die on the spot.

Police are at this time seeking two men for questioning.
