UN shop robbed at gunpoint in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Shortly after midday yesterday there was an armed robbery in Belize City.

It occured at UN shop situated at  No.12D street in the Kings Park area.

Kuong Wa Un, 57, reported that at about 12:35 p.m., four men, three of whom were armed entered his business establishment and demanded money.

Fearing for his life, he handed over an undisclosed amount of money.

Police investigation continues.
