Warm weather expected today

The National Meteorological Service of Belize says that warm weather is expected to prevail countrywide today.

The 24-hour forecast is for mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy tonight. Showers will be isolated and mainly over the south.

Today’s temperature is 88 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 94 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 83 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 83 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 76 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds are blowing East-Southeast between 5-15 Knots and the sea state will be light to choppy.

There will be low tide at 12:28 p.m. and high tide at 6:40 p.m. The sun will set at 6:11 p.m. and the moon will set today at 2:03 p.m. and rise tomorrow at 1:32 a.m.
