Grandson charged for robbing and injuring grandma

By BBN Staff: Police have charged a grandson for robbing and wounding his grandmother.

That grandson is Henry Gideon, 23.

Last week he visited his grandmother, Fernanda Garcia, 54, at her home in Trinidad, Orange Walk demanding cash.

When she did not comply, he reportedly stabbed her and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

It appears he was attempting to flee the country but was nabbed in Blue Creek near the Mexican border.
