By BBN Staff: A young man from Santa Elena, Cayo was shot last night.
Eighteen-year-old Arden Quiroz was at a residence on Perez Street in Santa Elena around 9 pm when a lone gunman approached and fired several shots at him.
Quiroz was hit on his shoulder.
The gunman then got into a vehicle and escaped.
