Verdes athlete awarded Sport Scholarship

By BBN Staff: Verdes athlete, Izon Gill was the recipient of a 2 year Sports Scholarship from Sacred Heart Junior College in San Ignacio, Cayo.

Gill will pursue an Associate Degree in Tourism Management at the institution.

Present at the ceremony was Dean Fermin Magana.

Sacred Heart Junior College opened its doors to students aiming at earning an Associate of Arts degree in September,1999.
