By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize says that today’s weather will be hot with little or no rain to offset the high temperatures.
The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies today and only partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers and thunderstorms, if any will be isolated; however, some showers and thunderstorms are expected to form over the south tonight.
Today’s temperature will be 89 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 96 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 86 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 83 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 76 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Winds will be blowing East-southeast between 5-15 Knots and the sea state will be light to choppy.
There will be a high tide at 2:04 p.m. and a low tide at 7:43 p.m. The sun will set at 6:03 p.m. and the moon will set today at 10:32 p.m.
