By BBN Staff: The prestigious Miss Universe Belize pageant will take place tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. at the Belize City Civic Center.

Eight Belizean beauties are competing for the title of Miss Universe Belize 2019.

They are:

Markeisha Young

Josselyn Cerin

Destiny Wagner

Tianney Lamb

Aarti Sooknandan

Destinee Arnold

Ryeann Smith,

Vivian Noralez

The contestants were treated to a Miss Universe Belize Committee welcome dinner at Casino Tropicana Belize Ochuna Restaurant & Lounge.

They also met Prime Minister Dean Barrow and Leader of the Opposition, John Briceno.

The contestants have also been doing media rounds.

Chukka Tours also treated the contestants to a fun day zip-lining, riding ATV buggies and river tubing.

The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) is a proud platinum sponsor of the Miss Universe Belize pageant 2019.

Through this sponsorship, the crowned 2019 Miss Universe will be a brand ambassador for both the BTB and our beautiful Jewel Belize internationally.

Tickets for the pageant are on sale now at all Pink Boutique in the country or at the Belize City Civic Center ticket booth.

The crowned Miss Universe Belize 2019 will represent the jewel at the 68th Edition of the Miss Universe Pageant in Seoul, South Korea in December 2019

The contestants have been accompanied by Miss Universe Belize 2018, Jenelli Fraser. Last year, Fraser proudly represented Belize at the 67th edition of the Miss Universe pageant at Impact, Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, Thailand.
