Fair weather to continue

The National Meteorological Service of Belize, in its latest weather report, says that mostly fair weather is expected to prevail today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with cloudy spells during the day and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will be isolated with increased incidents happening over the Toledo district tonight.

Today’s temperature will be 88 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 81 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 73 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds are blowing East between 5-15 knots and the sea state is slight.

There will be a high tide at 10:39 a.m. and a low tide at 5:05 p.m. The sun will set at 5:54 p.m. and the moon will rise at 7:10 p.m.
