Police remove another gun off the street

By BBN Staff: The Belize Police Department has taken another illegal firearm off the street, this time, from the Corozal District.

Police say that around 1 p.m. yesterday, they were conducting searches in an overgrown lot in Halls layout, Corozal Town, when they discovered a .38 special revolver with (1) .38 live round of ammunition and two expended shells inside.

No one was in the area, so as result, the items were labeled and deposited as found property.
