COMPOL: Nelson Espinoza to be charged for murder of Mia Choc

By BBN Staff: This morning, the Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams informed the nation via his Facebook page that authorities are in the process of charging 22 year old Nelson Espinoza for the murder of Adamir Mia Choc.

Williams says that since the discovery of Choc’s body over the weekend, the police have been busy trying to find those who are responsible for her untimely departure from this life.

“The investigation is being pursued from various angle and a number of persons have been detained by the police from whom some useful information was obtained. This couple with the determination of our investigators led us to the detention of the main suspect in this matter, the recovery of a motorcycle that took the suspected murderer to the area from where Ms. Choc was taken and the vehicle in which she was subsequently taken in,” Williams explained.

In addition, Williams says that the evidence collected so far clearly shows that the suspect intentionally and unlawfully caused the death of Adamir Choc by unlawful harm.

Williams thanked the residence of Belmopan for their overwhelmingly support which played a significant role in helping to solve this heinous crime.

” I ask for your continuous support in keeping the Garden City safe,” Williams expressed.
