Festivities are underway countrywide and officially started on Friday evening with the official flag raising ceremony at Memorial Park and across town, the Soca and Culture Fest headlined by Kes The Band and Konshens.

Official ceremonies in Belize City are underway at the Memorial Park to be followed by the Uniform Parade and jump up.

Ceremonies in Belmopan commence at 10 am and will feature addresses from Leader of the Opposition John Briceno and Prime Minister Dean Barrow. Belmopan’s parade follows immediately after.

We’ll have all the highlights for you during the course of the day.
