Weather forecast calls for fair conditions

By BBN Staff: Today’s weather forecast, prepared by the National Meteorological Service of Belize, calls for fair weather conditions to prevail throughout the country.

The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny today and partly cloudy tonight with only isolated showers, except for a few more over the south tonight.

Today’s temperature will be 90 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 96 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 86 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 78 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 72 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be variable and blowing between 00-5 Knots and the sea state will be slight.

There will be a low tide at 11:29 a.m. and a high tide at 6:26 p.m. The sun will set at 5:47 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 1:18 a.m.
