Julian Torres charged for hammering elderly woman to death

By BBN Staff: On August 13th, two persons entered the home of Ofelia Cruz, 69, in Sandhill, Belize.

Once inside, they hammered her to death and stole her husband’s shotgun.

Initially police charged a minor for her murder.

Today police announced that Julian Torres has also been charged in connection with her murder.
