Orange Walk men charged for illegal weapons

By BBN Staff: Authorities detained 2 Orange Walk residents for ‘keeping firearms and ammo without gun licenses’.

Police reports indicate that around 2:30 am today, officers conducting operations stopped the 2 men that were riding a motorcycle.

The men were identified as Noe Garcia Geronimo and Andres Tapia Guarda Ku.

Ku was found with a 20 gauge shotgun and in his pocket and 10 aguila cartridges.

Geronimo was found with a 16 gauge shotgun and 5 aguila cartridges.

Police are investigating.
