Three men arraigned for being gang members

By BBN Staff: Three men were arraigned at the Magistrate Court yesterday on the charge of “Being a Member of a Gang.”

Malieck Michael Humes, Kareem Eagan, and Raheem Arnold, all appeared in Magistrate Court #4 today, and they all plead guilty to the charge. Humes and Eagan were both charged  $3,500 plus $5 cost of court, while Arnold was fined $5,000 plus $5 cost of court.

Humes and Eagan have until February of 2020 to make their payments, while Arnold has until the end of this November to make his payment. Humes faces 6 months in prison if he defaults, Eagan faces 8 months, while Arnold is facing 5 years in prison if he defaults on his payment.
