Mexicans busted with shotguns near Blue Creek

By BBN Staff:  Two Mexican nationals have been charged with firearm related offences.

They are Noe Garcia and Andres Cob.

According to police, sometime before 5 o’clock on Saturday morning the men were riding a motorcycle in an area south west of Blue Creek, Orange Walk.

That is when officers conducted a search of them and found them to be in possession of two shotguns and several cartridges for which theh were unable to provide documentation.

As a result they were taken to the Orange Walk police station and charged.
