Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is hosting the cricket coaching camp for young boys and girls, under 16 years old, with the objective of building bonds amongst the youth of Commonwealth countries through the medium of sports.

The India Commonwealth Youth Cricket Coaching Camp (ICYCC) is organized by the Government of India and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) at the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru from 1 to 30 October 2019.

The Government of India is covering the travel expenses, accommodation and meals, medical expenses, local transportation, daily allowance and other expenditure on the training course.

They will join fifty-eight other youth who are participating in the camp from commonwealth countries.

These young participants will be involved in training that will help them to develop their skills and knowledge in cricket.

Abigail and Lebron are expected to share their experiences with other youths upon their return.
