Candice Miller wins case against Belize City Council

By BBN Staff:  Former City Administrator, Candice Miller today won the case in a suit she filed against the Belize City Council for wrongful termination.

Supreme court Justice Courtenay Abel concluded that Miller was not negligent in executing her duties as City Administrator.

As a result, Miller will be awarded several hundred dollars for damages.

In 2018, Miller was terminated as City Administrator.
