Relatively moist and unstable weather to continue

The National Meteorological Service of Belize, in its latest weather report, says that relatively moist and unstable weather conditions will persist over the country.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur mostly over inland areas today, increasing to occur mostly over northern and central areas tonight.

Today’s temperature will be 88 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 77 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 73 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be variable, blowing between 0-10 Knots and the sea state will be slight.

There will be a low tide at 11:10 a.m. and a high tide at 6:47 p.m. The sun will set at 5:37 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 1:13 p.m.
