By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize says that mainly fair weather conditions are expected to prevail today, but that a moderate increase in showers is likely later tonight and tomorrow.
The 24-hour forecast calls for cloudy spells today and tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated today, except for a few more over the north and some coastal areas tonight.
Today’s temperature will be 87 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 73 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Winds will be blowing East between 5-10 Knots and the sea state will be slight.
There will be a low tide at 1:05 a.m. and a high tide at 8:07 p.m. The sun will set at 5:44 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 2:42 p.m.
