Relatively moist and unstable weather continues

By BBN Staff: The latest weather report, prepared by the National Meteorological Service of Belize, calls for relatively moist and unstable weather to continue.

The 24-hour forecast calls for cloudy spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over the north and along the coast this morning and tonight and mainly over inland areas this afternoon.

Today’s temperature will be 87 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 89 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 75 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Southeast between 5-15 Knots and the sea state will be choppy.

There will be a low tide at 1:49 p.m. and a low tide at 8:25 p.m. The sun will set at 5:35 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 3:22 p.m.
