By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize, says that moist and unstable weather is expected to bring showers over several areas today, moving into tonight.
The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will be isolated, except for a few more occurring over inland areas this afternoon and once again over southern and some coastal areas tonight.
Today’s temperature will be 87 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 90 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 75 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Winds will be blowing East-Northeast between 5-15 knots and the sea state will be light chop – choppy.
There will be a low tide at 2:26 p.m. and a low tide at 8:39 p.m. The sun will set at 5:34 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 3:59 p.m.
