Guatemalan Cesar Mendoza wanted for murder of Juan Carrias in Succotz

By BBN Staff:  The Belize Police Department has issued a wanted poster for Cesar Agusto Lopez Mendoza.

This Guatemalan national who resides in San Jose Succotz and stands at 5 feet 6 inches is wanted for the murder of Juan De Cruz Carrias, 56.

On the night of October 10th, 2019 Carrias was found dead in inside a wooden bungalow house situated in San Jose Succotz.

He was seen with chop wounds to the back of his head and with several stab wounds to the back and ear.

It is believed that Mendoza may have fled the country. However, local police say that their counterparts in Guatemala have been notified of the wanted poster issued for Mendoza.
